Its white meat is deliciously sweet; and, combined with its high concentration of nutrients, has become a favorite among those who know and love to eat fish.

COMMON MISCONCEPTIONS ABOUT HALIBUT

“Halibut contains large amounts of mercury.”

Although this may be true about halibut in certain cases, at CSS, we certify that our halibut contains little to no mercury.  How? We make sure to only select the younger, smaller catch. As a result, not only can you be certain you are getting all the goodness of our halibut; but you will also have the certificate to prove it’s contaminant free!
