Norwegian salmon is different than other fish in our selection due to its orange-pink hue. The cold, clean waters of Norway create the perfect natural habitat for Salmon Farms, giving the Norwegian salmon its moist, delicate taste.  In the wild, Salmon acquire this color from eating krill.  Farm raised salmon on the other hand; have pigment added to their feed to create the wild salmon look.  Not the case for Norwegian salmon!  As part of our culture, CSS guarantees a chemical free product every time!
